I bought several different soft toy patterns and different yards of fabric from a seller. I asked for combined shipping and then paid for the merchandise. (Some said free shipping). I get a message from her telling me that EBay changed a listing to free shipping without her knowing. She asked if I would split that shipping or else she would relist it. (For all of her hard work) I asked how would I do that since it was already paid. Now I was sent a refund for that particular fabric and found it relisted on her site!!!?.. (black and white leopard fabric). In the relisting she wrote “buyer changed mind”. B S. !!!!

You can report the seller through each listing that they canceled. Report her for lying about the reason for the cancellation.
You can also leave factual and unemotional appropriate feedback without name-calling or accusations. I'd say something like, "seller listed the items with free shipping then wanted to charge for shipping. When I didn't agree, she canceled the order blaming me for changing my mind."

The seller listed it that way, she may not realize it, she may have made a mistake but this is absolutely the seller's fault.
You should not tolerate this nonsense.
Once a buyer has paid it is the seller's obligation to ship the item.
Report the seller for "Doesn't want to complete the sale"

You can report the seller here for canceling using 'buyer changed mind' as the reason. Select that the seller violated one of eBay's policies.

·3 weeks agoWell in a way the seller did the correct thing if you are willing to pay extra shipping cost. In order to do that the seller would have to cancel that order, refund you then relist so you can purchase the item with the correct shipping cost. The seller made a mistake adding free shipping and so they cancelled. They are avoiding getting a defect by selecting "buyer changed mind." Now are you still interested in this item? If so just purchase it with the correct shipping. If not then find another seller.

OP3 weeks agoI had already paid for everything. She had an after thought, and said EBay changed it to free shipping without her knowing.

·3 weeks agoEbay doesn't change anything. The seller isn't being accurate. The seller either mistakenly clicked "Free Shipping" or clicked "sell similar item" which may have automatically used free shipping. They should've reviewed the shipping prior to clicking "submit listing."
