Why is eBay letting this crooks on the platform I got scamm 3 times where the item didn’t arrive,I put a complaint and they told me to return the item to get my refund,mmmWHAT ITEM ?!?
also who legit check I got hyper royals that bent like a donut and a couple other ones fake as hell
when you try to complain they just pass you from screen to screen without th nothing happening,heard ebay was bad but this is **bleep**

Kinda sounds like 'porch pirates' or maybe 'neighbors stealing your packages.
Just a thought.

·4 months agoMost of these issues occur when we dont know how to properly file for a return/refund. All buyers, when buying on-line, should be experts in knowing how that platform handles returns/refunds before ever purchasing

·4 months agoYou need to understand how the system works. If an item doesn't arrive and there is no tracking number or the tracking doesn't state delivered you file an "item not received" case. Then eventually when time passes you have Ebay step in for a refund. Now if the tracking number states delivered and you haven't received the item you must then contact your payment source for a reversal. That is because when tracking states delivered Ebay is no longer involved. All you can do is report these sellers by clicking report if they are a scammer or there isn't something right about the listing. Ebay will not tell you anything about investigation behind it. All your job is to do is to report any suspicious activity.

It sounds like you don't know how to use eBay's Money Back Guarantee. If used correctly it's a very simple process. You can read all about it here:

If you didn't receive the item, you open an item not received case.
