Scam sellers. Is anyone else having trouble with getting your items?
Bought an item January 4, 2025. Never sent the item. would not make contact when asked about it. Now 3 months later they tell me to call the number on the jar of the item they never sent to me. I cannot get anyone from ebay to help with this either. I think the seller is a scammer. I finally left negative feedback but they got it removed somehow. Anyone having these problems

·1 year agoIn the listing, you saw an estimated delivery date. If/when that date passes, you can open an item not received case with eBay and you have 30 days to do so. This is explained in the Money Back Guarantee. Have you read it?
If it's been more than 30 days since the EDD, eBay is no longer involved. You'll have to open a claim with your payment source.
How about taking the time to read the MBG? This could've been so much simpler if you had known about it and used it in a timely fashion.
It appears you waited too long because eBay can no longer assist you. eBay's Money Back Guarantee covers buyer for up to 30 days from estimated date of delivery. Your only recourse now would be to file a chargeback through the payment source used to make the purchase.
As for having problems getting my items, my items arrive as promised.
