Saved searches email alerts
Today I received no email alerts from eBay for my dozens of saved searches. And yes, I checked my spam folder. Anyone else have this issue?

·2 years agoYes, I have done that. Also turned them off there and then reselected them. Still no email alerts. Hope someone else can come up with something for me to try. Thanks for taking the time to try and help me.

·2 years agoI haven't received any email regarding my saved searches for months now. Can someone tell me how to report this to someone so I can get some help to fix this?

OP2 years agoHave you gone into your saved searches and made sure that you have email alerts selected? After one day of not getting the alerts, they started showing up again, just as Kathie C. suggested might happen.

·2 years agoI got mine today. Ebay has had this problem before, most recently a couple months ago. It normally corrects itself in a few days. If it doesn't, try opening up one of your searches and resaving it.
