Ripped off by a seller and Ebay
I bought an item in January with a delivery date of March thru May 15th, for $60.99. I did not receive it...the seller could not be contacted due to some restriction by Ebay. When I requested a refund with the 30 days from May 15th, I was first told it was too late...then Ebay saw the posted delivery date and told me by phone that I would be reimbursed. That was the only time I could get them on the phone. To date, I have not received the item purchased or the promised refund from Ebay. As fair as I am concerned, I have been ripped off. I have bought other items from Ebay since....but was under the impression that this bogus transaction would have been made right. It hasn't....so I am inclined to use Amazon from now on. At least I get a square deal.

If not dispute the charge with your CC.
