Ripped my off and EBAY DID NOTHING ABOUT it

Please see the attached invoice for $118.59. This is the amount I was charged by this vendor.
The item was a 3-pack of refrigerator water filters. The single price for one was $39.53.
I NEVER RECEIVED any of these items. When I disputed this transaction I was given a refund of $39.53
Which is only the price for one. I ordered and was billed for the 3 pack. Please provide the refund difference of
$79.06 as soon as possible.

You are not addressing eBay here. This is a discussion forum and those details you provided cannot be seen by anyone here.
Did you actually file an eBay claim for this transaction? or merely contact the seller? The case should be a not as described issue citing missing parts or pieces.
Was this a US seller? An item number might be helpful, for we cannot readily see what you purchased

Sorry, I made an error. If you received NOTHING, the case reason I gave above was incorrect. You likely need to file an "item not received" claim UNLESS on the purchase history there is tracking information that shows "delivered" or at least "in transit".
