Hello all,
Anyone get an email from BHNetwork saying you got an eBay gift card payout? This was supposedly set up by eBay and Synchrony Mastercard?
... "As previously communicated, the eBay Mastercard Program ended on March 24, 2026 and your account was closed on or after March 25, 2026.
We are pleased to provide you with a virtual eBay gift card for Reward Points you earned that met the $10 for every 1,500 point threshold that you did not redeem prior to your account closure."
Aways verify and confirm!

·4 months agoI'm still waiting. I have heard nothing. I have about 130,000 points to cash in. It's been almost two cycles. I was told last month by eBay Mastercard customer support that gift card payments would be received via email in mid-May. Well, it's mid-2-late-May and two cycles later, and no payment. I want my payment!!!

·4 months agoI got mine a couple weeks ago. My last purchase was in Feb. If you were making purchases in March right before the deadline you may have to wait an extra cycle. When you log into your old synchrony account, does it still show pending points in the rewards section? On my Apr. statement date all my pending points disappeared and then I got the gift card around my May statement date. Also maybe check your spam folder for something from BHNetwork (cardservices@hawkmarketplace.com).
