Return to Sender
I purchased an item on EBay , from China..I started to realize it was a scam, as I searched all the contradictory words, and someone that was familiar, warned me.Right away I contacted them and eBay.I overlooked buyer pays return shipping..I'm am not going to open and return to sender.. They are liars and scammers. I'm 80 years old and have shopped EBay many years....Sellars should be filtered.

·2 years agoIf you do that, you'll loose your buyer protection and the seller will not have to refund.
The best thing to do is quit buying from China,

·2 years agoBuyer is responsible for filtering its seller/supplier. You had plenty of time to review sellers feedback, and all the particulars of this transaction before making decision. Perhaps online shopping might not be the best for you.

·2 years agoHere on eBay @ritcarrol6 Return To Sender is considered delivered, and the seller can keep the returned item, you won't get a refund, plus your feedback is blocked or removed.
However, you have the right to choose not to use the eBay Money Back Guarantee to return the item for a refund and move beyond eBay, to PayPal at this page
or to your card issuer (call the number on the back of the card)
both of which aren't so silly to think Return To Sender means delivered, to get your refund. Plus you can still leave feedback within 60 days of the purchase.

·2 years agoWhich is bull. On Amazon any package refused is refunded when it shows delivered back to seller. They would rather keep their buyers happy and lose one sale rather than buyers leaving for bad experiences.
