Return order from Patrma_3741 Ceramic arrived in pieces and the box is still unopened

I'm new to Ebay and purchased a Belle Kettle Electric and it arrived today. The box sounds like a hundred pieces of ceramic. How do I notify the sender patrma_3741? How do I return when I didn't login to my account and it isn't showing up in my purchases? I've never purchased anything from Ebay and just logged into my account opened in 2017. Any suggestions? I didn't get through contacting Ebay this morning.

Did you use a 'guest account' rather than the old account?
