return a item before requesting a return on the App
I ordered cordless drill, my existing batteries did not fit, the seller sent me a return label and I returned the drill. I did not get feedback from the seller so I requested a return through the App, my return request is still wait for me to return something I do not have. The seller promised me a refund but it never arrived so I reminded him and he said your get it soon, now he has stop answering my messages.

·2 years agoIf you opened a return request through Ebay, you would upload tracking information (or it may be on there already, uploaded by the seller). Once they tracking shows returned, I think the seller has two days to refund, or Ebay will do so automatically. If not, you escalate when you can
