You need to read listings more carefully. I checked out the "commercial street lights" from that seller and from others using the same photos. Not one of the descriptions or item specifics gives a Mfr's. name. There is also conflicting information in the item specifics and the seller's description. Since there are many of the same item available from other sellers, they are not the Mfr. and store warranties from China based sellers are not worth the pixels they take up in a listing.
When you opened the lights and did not see a written Mfr. or Store warranty sheet, you should have returned them for not being as described.

·1 year agoWarranties are usually Manufacturer warranties, not a warranty that the seller is offering. Have you contacted the manufacturer?

·1 year agoEbay ought to issue a warning to any seller mentioning warranties in their listings, in fact it should cause an error when attempting to list it. Fact is OP, I've yet to find a seller on ebay who will honor their so-called warranty, 30 day Money Back Guarantee is what we get.

·1 year agoIf you are going to spend good money like that, consider buying local where you are protected by consumer laws and have leverage if something goes wrong.
I am having an issue attaching a link for you on how to report a seller, but just Google it. eBay has a process in place to do so. Good luck.

·1 year agoeBay doesn't get involved with warranties offered by sellers or manufacturers. They offer their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, but any warranty from the seller is as good as the seller's word, which as you've found out, is often worth nothing.
That said, your racism and politics laden post isn't helping your case.
