Report an Unscrupulous EBay Seller?
How do I go about reporting a seller to EBay who lists and sells items that are not in stock, then forges tracking info in order to avoid a refund? I'm guessing they are making a mint by doing this over and over again to EBay sellers. I did not receive the item nor a refund. Thanks.

·8 months agoYou need to file an "item not received" case against the seller. I have the same question as the other person as regards to estimated delivery date. When you are past that delivery date just go to the file report page and report it. Sellers can't avoid a refund which doesn't have tracking on it. That's not true at all. They are required to track the package or else yes they are subject to issuing a buyer a refund which Ebay will enforce.
