[removed by moderator] Seller here on E Bay
All Buyers need to beware of this Seller based in China, but presenting a presence in N.J. A much better Co. title for them should be [removed by moderator]. After reading numerous Feedbacks, both Neutral and Negative, it is clear this Seller , presents parts as legitimate OEM parts ,in OEM Packaging, but contents are not OEM. This has been brought to E Bay's attention, but so far, no response from E Bay. Dealing with them has consisted of refusing to Refund to Buyer, unless they Post a Positive Feedback. superautoparts good, uses intimidation, attacks on a Buyer's reputation here on E Bay, lies consistently in Communications and overall,
fake and disingenuous. When I asked the Seller about whether the Parts I was purchasing ,were Knockoffs, and not real OEM parts as he presents, Seller pushed and coerced for me to Cancel order, to which, I refused...stating that if Parts Seller were Legitimate as shown ,in OEM Packaging,he should have no concerns. Over a dozen times Seller did this also stating I had a poor reputation here on E Bay( My Rating is 100% 41 Buys ,Feedback from Sellers.) So BEWARE when considering buying from this phony Seller. His Delivery Carrier GOFO is a complete **bleep**, and are incapable of delivering an Item. Be careful and learn from the mistakes of others, do not interface or Purchase from this Seller.

·6 months agoAll buyers should decide for themselves what to do on their own terms, but in your case no one to blame but yourself..what was a point to refuse order cancellation? To prove your point?..Hopefully but extremely unlikely you will learn from your own mistake…sometimes looking in the mirror can help..sometimes…🤧

"what was a point to refuse order cancellation? To prove your point?"
Did you read everything the OP wrote in their post. The seller already violated ebay's feedback extortion policy by " refusing to Refund to Buyer, unless they Post a Positive Feedback". Which would negate the possibility of leaving a negative or neutral feedback, if they do not receive an OEM part. In essence the seller would get off scott free, with no defect.

·6 months agoJust me but I value the well being of my rigs too much to not buy from reputable sources, not a stranger on eBay. You wrote----->"When I asked the Seller about whether the Parts I was purchasing ,were Knockoffs"
If you had to ask then in my humble opinion that was the time to bail.
I know there are honest parts sellers on eBay but myself I like to go to a counter tell the employee what part I need and then plunk down my money and get a receipt. If it's the wrong part then I can go back in person and give that employee the "side eye" and ask for a refund...in person............................

The time to check feedback profiles is Before you buy from any seller on ebay. On a profile page if you see the seller is registered in china, do not expect to receive OEM parts, especially if in the item specifics for Brand or Mfr. the OEM's name is not given. FYI many of the higher volume parts sellers on ebay source their parts from chinese sources. Any seller whose feedback are for mostly Private listings is probably china based and they want to hide the items that received negatives.

There is no need to deal with a seller who refuses to refund asks for a positive feedback to be left. If you contact one and do not get a satisfactory reply (offering to send a replacement is not satisfactory, it is usually a stall tactic) You open an Item Not As Described (INAD) dispute. To do that Click on the More Actions button in your purchase history, select Return item, reason: Not as described, follow through to file the dispute, The seller will have 3 days to either send you a return shipping label, or issue a refund if they do not want to pay the return cost. If they do not or make excuses, on day 4 open the dispute and click on the ask ebay to step in button, a refund will be issued from the seller's account.

Avoid buying from Chinese sellers when ever possible.
