hi ined help i have been trying to contact ebay about persheset that i didn't receive at firt they ask to make claime & to whait to spesific day just to find out that they close my case all true the ai is desine not to give ases specialy if you make a case or a claime my aye site is not that grate & is hard for me to tipe i nedd to talk to a life ajent

·4 months agoYou do not need to contact Ebay live agent about this issue because once a case has been closed they can't reopen it. You will be on the phone for 30 minutes and be told NO!. So lets focus on the reasoning when you say you didn't receive the item what does the tracking say? Does it say delivered? If so Ebay will close the case. You must now contact your payment source and ask to investigate for a chargeback.

Contact your funding source and see if they can help.
