refunds
Hello, I am a little bit desperate since two very expensive items that I bought haven been shipped since last year and I want a refund. I have contacted the sellers without success and I cants reach customer service to ask for my refund.

·2 years agoWhy did you wait so long to do anything about your issue? We are four months into the year but you may still have some recourse if the purchases were made after October 5th or so, but you will have to contact your credit card company if you used a card or PayPal if you used that.
eBay only handles refunds or returns up until 30 days, but PayPal gives you 180 days and most credit cards give you as long as that or a little longer.

·2 years agoIt sounds like you're well outside of ebay's sphere of influence at this point... ebay gives you 30 days to dispute a transaction. Are you saying that you bought items in 2023, and they haven't been shipped?
You may have some recourse if you paid by credit card, depending on how far back the order was placed.
You need to provide more detail for anyone to give advice.
