Refund request for broken canister set
I bought a canister set from a seller over a month ago now. I’ve been trying to get help since I received the set. It was broken into a hundred pieces when I received it. I’ve tried every way possible to get my money back but it just goes around in circles. I need to talk to someone

If delivery was more than 30 days ago there isn't anyone at ebay to talk to about it. You missed the window of opportunity.

Also do yourself a big favor and click on the link provided by nobody's perfect. The Money Back Guarantee is very good and you should understand it before further purchases.

If it's not to late, have you tried the Money Back Guarantee.
You have 30 days from the time of receipt to use the MBG.
If you've waited to long, contact your payment source.

·1 year agoIf your item is broken or otherwise not as described in the listing, then you have to file a claim within 30 days after receiving the item. Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":

If you have missed that deadline, then you should pursue a claim through your credit card issuer.

You likely waited too long to file a ‘return request’ from your Purchase History … which is the only step an eBay buyer needs to take to get a refund. [It must be done within 30 days of receiving the item, however.]
Phone your credit card company and request a chargeback.

·1 year agoYou should have filed an item not as described case. But if it is past thirty days, you are too late to do that. Try going to your debit or cc for a chargeback.
