Refund or resent for wrong item
Hello dear friends. On Jul 1, 2023 I ordered from seller SSD (order No 04-10241-64203). It arrived but with no original package and almost open like second hand item. I opened dispute sent photo and video and asked for seller for refund. Finally he agreed to resend new original item insted of return or refund.
Since that time I am still wating. Please do your best for justice resolution of this dispute. Regards

·2 years agoTime to give up waiting. I am thinking it is too late for a refund. Sorry, but next time only wait 30 days for a refund(date of receiving item) or a replacement.

participate on these boards.
You need to find the item in "My ebay" under purchases. Use the drop down menu to file a claim
with ebay for "Return this item"

·2 years agoWell, you had the Money Back Guarantee, but you've waited too long to use it. (You should have opened a Return.)
Your next claim would be with PayPal (if you used them) and finally your payment provider. Good luck.
P.S. Sorry you picked a scrub seller.
