Refund Not found
I made a purchase, my PayPal account was charged, the status in eBay is paid.
The seller contacted me and stated that the package was lost by the shipper, and that the seller would refund the purchase. The tracking information shows that it has not shipped.
How do validate that a refund has been made?
eBay help won’t allow me to cancel the order because it’s too late.
eBay basically won’t let me do anything until February 14th, because it could still show up.
I’ve contacted the seller but have not heard back.

·2 years agoNothing you can do until a day after the estimated delivery date.
A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
