Refund in favour of seller
I tried to purchase an item but only received 25% of the value I tried to email seller but received no response. EBay could get proof from the seller that the item had been posted, but my case was closed with not being able to express my disappointment.

OP1 year agoHi In response to your question opening a case for item not received I am not sure how to open a case stating that I have not received the item any help would be very welcome.

·1 year agoIf there is no tracking showing it was delivered did you open an item not received claim within 30 days of the final estimated delivery date?
If you did you would have received a full refund.
No need to communicate with the seller asking them to refund you.

OP1 year agoHi The facts that eBay seller could not provide any evidence that my item had been posted when requested eBay means I should have received all my money back. If this practice is allowed to continue any seller could post an item for sale, not dispatch and make a 75% profit. I need to add that the majority of seller are very honest and keep their buyers well informed.

·1 year agoThat seller states in their description to contact them before placing order...I would imagine they (seller) wanted to take the order off ebay.

You shouldn't have been allowed to leave feedback. The seller can report it and get it removed.

·1 year agoWell we need to know the full story though. What did you purchase and was this a return or did the seller just refund you 25% of the item and you kept the item?
