I have written to the seller many times asking for a refund. He sent me the wrong unit, and I returned it via DHL (tracking number 2463298666). I did not use the FedEx label because the unit had been exported together with the generator I bought in the USA.
How can I get my money back, given that I know he received the unit?
I do not recommend this seller; he is likely located outside the USA.
I would appreciate it if eBay could help me locate this seller, as he has other listings.

·6 days agoIf you opened a return case through eBay you need to go back to the case and enter the DHL tracking number.

You need to use it properly.
You don't WRITE to sellers about a return.
You OPEN an official return.
Get a label
Ship it
Watch the tracking and when seller receives they have 48 hrs to refund you.
When they don't, you return to the 'return case' and click the 'escalate to ebay'.
