This is about Ebay order Id 24-12808-63256 I have already returned this item and today it is delivered to the so called top rated seller. Still the ebay site does not confirm the delivery and they have mentioned refund will be processed within 3 days of delivery how about this now?

·1 year agoBefore you returned the item, did you open an item not as described case with eBay, receive a prepaid return label, return the item and see tracking proving delivery? Am asking because your post reads ". . . and today it is delivered to the so called top rated seller". Then later, you say that the eBay site dos not confirm the delivery. Which is it -- they have received your return or they haven't?

OP1 year agoThe seller confirmed delivery of the product.But in ebay app still it is not updated I mean to say.Many a times it has happened about tracking a product..

·1 year agoSometimes there's a delay between a postal delivery scan and ebay's app updating it. Ebay doesn't update in real time.

Yes, it's normal for the USPS (or UPS or FedEx) website to show tracking updates before the website from which we've purchased a product. We just have to wait until it updates. [It happens on all websites ... NOT just on eBay.]

·1 year agoI'm sure the seller will issue the refund within their required timeframe.
Keep in mind that your item was (literally) just delivered and the seller may have another job, be out doing errands, may not have retrieved their mail yet or may even be in another timezone where they haven't awakened yet!
Please give them time.
The seller has 2 business days from date of delivery to issue a refund. If you don't receive your refund you can go back to the return case to click "Ask eBay to step in".
