Recieved an item that was both damaged and had missing parts.

I recently won an auction for an item. I was in contact with the seller about said item to hear if anything was damaged or missing from the item since it is a collectors item. Their reply was no to both. After a long delay with local mail I finally got the item yesterday and to my dismay not only did it arrive broken and damaged, it also has two missing parts, one of those even shown on the listing. Further more I suspect some of these damages are not from the shipping but they way the seller have handled the item while packing or lied about the condition.
I wrote to the seller about a solution to these issues, so I can get the missing parts and a partiel refund. I have still not heard anything back from them thoe. The items is listed as no returns accepted also.
So far it has only been about 30 hours and I know I have to give them 72 hours to reply. But I wonder if it is worth involving ebay already about these issues? I honestly feel mislead and tricked by the seller and waiting for them to respond or not is killing me.

Kindly allow seller some time to respond first.
If he or she doesn't respond. Then definitely involved ebay to resolve the problem.
