Received an open and damaged box.

Hi,

i received an damaged and open box yesterday. There are no handle, no charger, nor user manual when I got the box. I asked for a refund immediately but have not get any response.

Definitely open the Item Not as Described - Return Option. Since something was delivered, claiming it wasn't delivered will be denied. Looking at that picture, it does appear to be one of the saddest shipping containers I've seen - looks like a drop ship from a retailer that went through a kickball game...

Follow the instructions given to you by @lady_madonna . When you do that you will get to a text box, to write out what happened, and you will be able to upload the photo you took, if you can add another, take one of the box contents.

Just so you understand, eBay does not issue immediate refunds, since they did not sell you anything. You buy from individual sellers who list item on the site. That means that you have to file through ebay's Money Back Guarantee, using the info already given to you, but they have to give the seller time to send a Return Label, or issue a refund. If you have to return the item, a refund will not be issued until tracking shows a Delivered scan.

Refunds them selves can take 3-5 days to be processed back to your bank, if you used a debit card to pay. If you paid with a credit card it can take up to 30 days for it to show up on your statement. You should be able to call the number on the back of the card 3 working days after being told a refund will be issued, to ask them if a refund is being processed.

Refunds are not immediate. You must file a Return Request on Ebay.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. ("doesn't match description or photos")
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

After the seller has received the returned item, they have to issue the refund.

When you say that you "asked for a refund immediately", does that mean that you opened an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE? If so, are you aware that the seller has 4 days to respond to the case?

And do you know what to do if the seller doesn't respond?
