Real time tools for "payment received , shipped date, feedback received, feedback sent" | Buying

I have just now noticed that some tools included on the "Purchases" list such as Payment, Shipped, Feedback Sent, and Feedback Received have been removed.These were very helpful and easily accessed tools which i found very helpful and convenient. Why has the Purchases list been modified to remove these tools?
