If you ran through your 5 offers without receiving a reply or a counter offer, the seller may be using the Basic listing tool which adds Best Offer to every listing whether the seller wants to accept them or not. Or, maybe the seller is away and not checking their listings.
Do you mean you ran out of offers? If so, there's no way to get more. All you can do is message the seller. If you can agree on a price the seller will either have to modify their BIN price or, if it's an auction listing, end the listing and relist as a BIN.
