The previous answer is correct, people who have viewed your listings or bought from you have saved your account as a seller they whose listings they will keep an eye on.

I don't think that actually is correct. Unless they've changed it you can follow anyone, whether they're a seller or not. I have 7 followers, and I don't sell on this account.
