Question about the "Oops, we had a technical hiccup" message in dealer with order
Hello. I gave a particular dealer enough rope on an order that I had paid on June 30th and I don't even see if shown as "In Transit". It is one of those ESU tracking by the way so I can use the USPS I figure. When I clicked on the 'I didn't receive the item' message, I get the "Oops, we had a technical hiccup" page. is this an issue with Ebay itself, the particular dealer, or this particular order? I know I am logged in. Wonder if I am getting this headache because the order number 27-10204-16876 contains two different seller and I did get my cards from one of them. Thanks

Try using the eBay app, if possible to start the "item not received" case -- I seem to be able to get farther along in the process using the app than when using a desktop browser. Using a recent order, I get to a "Your item may still be on its way" messages rather than the "Technical hiccup" message I get using a desktop browser.

·3 years agoSounds like a glitch. Since I’m not an eBay employee I can’t see your order even though you’ve posted it here.
When is the estimated date of delivery? If it hasn’t past yet that could be the reason for the technical hiccup.
If I’m incorrect someone will be along to chime in soon.
