Also, I am unable to accept or make an offer? I have no purchase history of not purchasing.

·2 years agoMy guess is you are running into having to pick a payment source when making an offer or buying and do not have payment information on file with your account.
We are other buyers and sellers not eBay employees, so can't see what is going on with that part of your account.
What alert messages are you receiving that is not allowing you to procced?
