Purchases
Hello, why am I not able to access my prior purchases except for a few recent purchases. This ability is advantageous at times. If my memory is okay - in the past two years of purchases preceding the current year purchases. I have been an eBay member since September 1999 with my first eBay name. This eBay name a member since January 2005. Active duty was a large part of the time gap. Thank you.

Go to My eBay/Purchase History. When the page prefills to 'Purchases', look to the right and tick on the drop-down menu, 'See orders: All'... then, select the time range to see your purchases from 2024 all the way back through 2017. Good luck.

·2 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account and check your Purchase History. Are you viewing the correct date range?
eBay has made some recent changes to Purchase History, changing the default view and possibly affecting your ability to see transactions. Try another browser to rule out browser cache or cookie issues.

You may be able to spot some transactions on your feedback page if you exchanged feedback.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.

Thank you very much. The top link I got the drop down and the list of years. I used to have that drop down. It has vanished from that screen for some time.
How may I get the drop down permanently?

If you don't see it, try clearing your browser cache and possibly manually deleting your eBay cookies.
