Purchased items not showing on my ebay
Bought a few things on ebay recently. They are not showing up on my ebay as recent purchases. I did get an email with the tracking number, but when I track it, it says order not found. To my knowledge, I don't have a 2nd ebay account. I buy very little. A few times a year. Is there a way to find out if maybe I do have a 2nd account and anyway to rectify this.

In looking at your received feedback, I see they are all over 90 days old. If you haven't bought anything since the last one you received,
Go to your Purchase / Order history and look to the right above the first listing where you will see:
See Orders: If it shows ( Last 6 months v ) use the drop down arrow to increase the time frame. To show All or from 2024.

OP2 years agoThanks for the suggestion. It's only showing the dress I ordered today. Not the 2 pairs of earrings and bracelet I ordered a week ago. Two of those have been delivered. Still waiting on one pair of earrings, but the tracking number doesn't work for me. I did get an email for the other 2 once they were delivered, but even when I go to the email that says it was delivered, when I click on the tracking number, I get an message that says order not found. I am flummoxed.

That could be an indication that the order was placed using a different eBay account -- in other words, the order is not found in this particular account. The link in the eBay email you received may only work if you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, you need to sign out of your current eBay account before using the email order details link.

OP2 years agoyeah, just used my phone, which is what is all of the time. It's just so strange. I do have a new phone that was replaced in January (original was damaged), but other then that, everything has been the same

Have you used a different device, or a different browser or app? Try retracing your steps.
