Purchase not in my purchase history
I made a purchase here in ebay I received my product but I'm not seeing the purchase in my Purchase History. And I have returned the product and requested a refund and have not heard from seller.

·2 years agoHave you initiated a return process from eBay or you simply went to the post office and ship the item back to the seller? What does the tracking number say?

How long ago did you make the purchase? According to your profile you've made 3 purchases in the past month, and the others are over 5 years old. If you look at your purchase history and look to the right of the Orders line will see "See orders: last 60 days" v
which is the default setting. If you click on the down arrow you can see purchases made in 2024.

If you filed a dispute for the item not being as described, not working or because it was damaged, the seller should have provided a return shipping label, you should have used to return the item, within a certain time frame.
If you sent the item back on your own and did not file a dispute first or post a tracking number to show that you had shipped it or that it had been delivered, then you have no proof of having returned it.

·2 years agoDid you purchase it as a guest? Do you have the emails that were sent about the purchase? That will have the eBay item number. How did you return it? Did you file a case in eBay or just send it back?
Need more info to provide any suggestions.

·2 years agoSince you can't find the order, can we assume that you returned it on your own? If so, does the seller even know?

OP2 years agoYes seller knows and has agreed to a refund upon receiving the product. But did I handle it wrong.
