Purchase not going through?

I tried to make a purchase and my card didn't go through. I'm really confused but my guess is that it's because there's an international exchange (although I chose to purchase it in USD) so I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

I would start by asking my bank. The bank will tell you if that charge was even attempted.

No, that's not the problem. International transactions happen all the time, and eBay knows how to deal with it.

You will need to provide some information about what happened when you tried to pay.
