purchase history missing
Is there any way to find an invoice from a purchase made in November of 2022? My account has no history of the first purchase I made.

·3 years agoIn Purchase History click the dropdown menu that says last 60 days 2023 2022 and 2021 are in that dropdown menu as shown in image. Click the year your looking to find purchases for.

·3 years agoMy eBay> Purchase History. Toward the top right, there is a drop-down where you can click on 60 days, 2022, 2023 or 2021.

Are you guys still seeing the division by years in your PH? Mine changed recently ... the last day or so. I didn't realize it until I started answering the OP's question.

·3 years agoGo to your Purchase History. At the top right of the list you'll see "See orders from". The default is Last 60 days, but it has a dropdown that will let you select 2022.

You should be able to find it in your Purchase History.
Oops ... I just looked and saw there's been a change in the 'look' of Purchase History in the past few days. It looks like we NOW search by the NAME of the item. Just enter a key word of your purchase in the search box.
eBay keeps purchase info for about 3 years. PayPal keeps invoices for about 7 years ... if you paid with PP.
