Purchase history lost
I purchased an item on eBay but it didn't recognise my account so it must have been purchased as a guest event though I used my usual email address. I got a confirmation of purchased email and a order number. But now the purchased history shows no purchased and I did not receive the item. How do I get purchased history back?

·2 years agoLooks like this lost data/buyer history is lost again - bought item under my usual login, bought item, got immediate confirmation from Ebay, next day purchase price was debited from my account, got shipping tracking number - next day - TODAY, absolutely NO record of my purchase or ANY of my Ebay info seems to exist - even though the item has been paid for and on the way via USPS. Looks like hackers have got hold of Ebay customer records and info - am seriously considering removing my Ebay membership, or at least making NO future Ebay purchases. Meanwhile will keep checking my Ebay payment account in case Hackers have obtained any of my bank access!
