Purchase History list download from ebay for 2025
Hi - I need to get a list from ebay as my purchases for 2025. Under my purchase history I can see all my purchases for 2025 but there is no way to download it. The only way I can do this is to go to the individual order open it and print to pdf. However, I have too many purchases. Is there any other way to get this?
Thanks!

·8 months ago@orangeflag Go to Seller Hub -> Reports -> Downloads
Next, click on the big blue button that says, "Download Reports." A box will pop up where you can select the source, type and date range. You can then download the file and open it in Excel or import it into Google Sheets. Depending on what you need to do, you can upload it into ChatGPT and have it pull out information you need in a format you need.

Just FYI, I tried what you suggested above, just to test it for answering future questions on the boards but your suggestion does not work for purchase history.

·8 months agoOoops, you are right! I misread the OP's post as they needed to download their order history - as in they are a seller who needed their 2025 orders. As they are apparently a buyer, they would not have access to Seller Hub and, of course, it would not work.
@orangeflag Ignore my previous post due to the reason I cited above. I can't go back and edit it.
To get your Purchase History, click on your name in the upper left corner of the screen, then click on "Account Settings."
On the left side of the page that opens, you will click on "Request Your eBay Data." From there you can select the date range you need, and the specific data you want, including your purchase history. You won't get it immediately. It can take about a week, likely less since you only need your purchase history.
