Purchase does not show in my acct. Listed as Ebay Commerce Inc on credit card.
I have a question for a seller about a Waterford champagne flute I bought. It doesn't match and is slightly shorter than the ones I have -notable difference. Could be a "second" and not what was listed? I want to communicate but nothing shows in my online purchases. Cannot find seller.

Is it possible you have more than one eBay account, and that your most recent purchases were made using that account rather than this one?
