Purchase canceled; where is the reason?
I'm trying to find out what reason my seller told ebay when they canceled my purchase. The message I got from her said they had sold the jeans elsewhere, but I don't know if they said I asked for the cancellation, OOS, or ??? At least they refunded fairly fast!

I usually get an email and/or and eBay message giving me the reason the seller cancelled.
Did you check the purchase/cancellation details?

OP1 year agoI carefully inspected all messages about my refund. The message from the seller said the items were no longer available and I was being refunded; I wasn't correct when I said they had sold elsewhere. The notice from ebay said nothing besides good news, you're getting a refund. Mysterious, and not real happy.

The reason doesn't change that you failed to have a happy buying experience.
It should also be noted that buyers are legally entitled to a payment refund when a seller fails to complete a transaction.
