HiI had a weird feeling days after I ordered and tried to cancel..they refused. The product showed up 12 days later. pair of Birkenstock Bostons. Size and color is correct. But soft foot bed when I ordered standard. But no way is what they call leather real leather. Bostons are made from very sturdy leather. But. Listing is gone. Seller not on eBay anymore. I can't even double check. But the product is definitely not Birkenstock What do I do now?

Find the Order in your Purchase History and use the 'More Actions' drop-down to 'Return this item'. Cite 'Doesn't appear authentic' or 'Not as described' (whatever the verbiage), Confirm and Submit. The seller will either send you a return shipping label and will refund you in full upon getting the item back or refund you in full without requiring a return.
