Problem with the seller
Hello to everybody!
I bought 4 products that I wanted to exchange, I contacted the seller and initiated a return procedure, but he asked me to cancel, send the products to him personally by courier and offered to exchange the goods for me.
Although I sent the package, the seller failed to pick up the package and sent it back to me without solving my problem, what should I do?

What was your reason for wanting to exchange the items? If they were not working, damaged or the wrong items, you should not have closed the case. The seller is who is supposed to pay the return shipping cost. In this case since you bought from a seller from China, they cannot purchase return labels from Romania. They would have to give you their address or you get it from the package your items arrived in, and you would have had to get the return shipping cost with tracking and send it to them so they could send you the money to buy the return shipping label.
Unfortunately, you no longer have ebay's Money Back Guarantee protections, and because you are located in Romania, we cannot tell you how to contact ebay from your country. You seem to have joined ebay's U.S. based site ( www.ebay.com )
So you may want to consider joining eBay from one of their European regional sites, where issues with international purchases especially from or to countries within the E.U. can be handled and advice on how to deal with them more easily gotten. Below is a link that shows ebay's European based sites.

Which ever site you join find out from their community what the name of the Money Back Guarantee is on the site and for a link to its policy and time frames. This site's policies and time frames are described in the link below.

No matter what site you join you NEVER close a dispute until you have a refund, and you never accept an offer for a replacement item to be sent. You should also avoid buying from China based sellers as much as possible. They are responsible for most of the fake or counterfeit items sold on ebay and they are known for scamming buyers, especially inexperienced ones, into losing their ebay protections.
If you paid for your order using a credit card, you may have to contact your card provider. If you have tracking information like a postal receipt, showing you returned the items, but the seller failed to pick up the package. You may be able to get a refund.
