problem with full refund
I was sent a jacket that does not match the description at all.
I bought a new one, without tags, but received an almost used jacket with paint stains on the sleeves.
Moreover, the description states that this is a 3 in 1 winter jacket, but they sent 1 light jacket, which is not suitable for winter weather.
It seems the seller deliberately misled me.
If you try to submit a request for a full refund, the return of this item will not be accepted. What should I do?

·2 years agoDid you actually open an item not as described case per eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
You have just 30 days after receipt of the item to do this with eBay.
Have you read the MBG?

·2 years agoYou need to file a claim for "item not as described." Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":

If you go through eBay to return an item you received that is not as described, the seller is required by eBay to accept the return, provide a return label, and refund in full when it's returned, or alternatively they can refund in full and not require you to return it.
Open a return and get a return label or a refund. The seller cannot deduct anything from a not as described case. You will get a full refund.
