·1 year agoAs noted in the other posts, you should have filed your claim for "item not received" within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date. Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":

If you paid via credit card, you should check the terms of their buyer protection; some go for 6 months or even longer.

·1 year agoeBay has a very good Money Back Guarantee for buyers, but buyers need to read it, understand it and use it in a timely manner. You evidently didn't. All you needed to do was to open an item not received case within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date. If you plan on shopping on eBay again, suggest you take the time to read the MBG now.

·1 year agoYou are way too late to receive any help from Ebay, they have thirty day MBG. If you paid with a cc, you can try them for a chargeback.
