Prepaid label is not...
I ordered a pair of Samsung earbuds, got them and they were clones. I requested a return and started that circus, got the prepaid label. Now the post office is saying the label isn't good, it is not paid. Where do I go from here???

·3 weeks agoThe seller is hoping you won't know that eBay requires sellers to pay return shipping for not as described returns. So you need to bypass the seller.
Go to the item in your purchase history, click Return this item under More actions, then select that the item was not as described as the reason. Ebay will give the seller three business days to send you a prepaid shipping label. If they don't, on day four go back to the return case and ask eBay to step in. They'll either send you the correct label or refund without requiring a return.

Don’t engage with the seller anymore. There is no need.
