·2 years agoFeedback can only be left for 60 days after the sale date. So depending on the transaction date feedback may no longer be possible. Your only real recourse is to file a dispute with your payment source.
Mattel has taken to having very extended delivery dates for some Barbies, largely because in many cases they're taking preorders to determine how many to manufacture. So it's actually worthwhile to check the Mattel website occasionally and preorder your dolls directly from Mattel.

·2 years ago"report the buyer"...you can leave feedback in a polite but true way.
"pre ordered"....after "estimated date of delivery plus one day" you get 30 days not 31 days for open a claim for item not received.
We have no dates so we can't really see the true problem.

eBay's presale policy is here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-policies/presale-listings-policy?id=4252
Sellers of presale items are required to provide the exact date the item becomes available in the listing and are also required to ship within 40 business days of the sale. But users must know about the policy in order to use the Money Back Guarantee in the time allowed.
On eBay, buyers have up to thirty days from the last estimated shipping date shown in the Purchase History to file a case. After that, eBay can no longer help.

PayPal and most credit cards provide some protection for up to 180 days from the time of purchase. Check with your card issuer to see if you have any options remaining.

·2 years agoIf it's been longer the 30 days from the estimated delivery date, there's nothing you can do through Ebay.
Contact your payment source and see if there is anything they can do.
