I brought a item on December 10, 2025 and it said delivery December 17, 2025 and when I called the business office they said they didn't receive any item. I spoke to the seller and he said that's not his business. Right now they scram me and ebay won't help me to get my cash back

·8 months agoGo to your payment source to file a charge back. But first determine what the tracking showed as how to go about filing with your bank

·8 months agoSadly, you've missed your window of opportunity to open a claim with eBay. (You'd have had to open that within 30 days of 12/17/25.) The seller didn't scam you, though.
