Possible Fraudulent Seller
I probably won't remember I am posting this or read anything, but has anyone been able to figure out how to get actual help when you are having an issue with a seller. Based on the problem I'm currently having and that I can't seem to figure out how to actually get someone from ebay to assist me, I don't think will be using ebay in the future. AI is not always helpful so is their goal to push away loyal customers to save money? In the end I'm not sure it's going to save money when you lose a lot of business.

Contacting customer service is seldom useful. But the good news is that there's generally no need to. If this is a problem with a purchase, you can likely find the solution in eBay's Money Back Guarantee. That process is fully automated.
If you've just seen a listing and think the seller is fraudulent you can report the listing by clicking the question mark in the lower right corner of the screen. But don't expect eBay to take action based on one report.
If by chance you do see any of this, we can give much more honed in advice if you'll actually explain the problem.

·8 months agoHow about this if you do read these comments and comeback how about telling us your problem. You would have to go through chatbox and have Ebay call you back if you want to talk to customer service which you would get a quicker response to whatever you want to know from this community about a possible fraudulent seller. In fact I will get you started. Did you start a transaction with this seller or did you just browse through a listing and feel the seller is a fraud? If you started a transaction then file a case within 30 days for your moneyback. If it's a random seller you see a listing you suspect is a fraud then report the listing and move on.

Does the problem you are having concern the Barbie Doll you sold for which you received a neutral rating?
If so, if you will come back and tell us what problem you are having, someone will have some suggestions or advice for you.
If you are choosing not to sell on eBay anymore, that is your right. Online selling is not for everyone. But if you are truly wanting to be a seller, it is necessary for you to understand eBay's rules and policies and don't be afraid to come here and ask for help if you need it. You will get better help and answers here than you will from customer service, which usually tells callers what they want to hear rather than the actual facts.

·8 months agoSince you've not given details, and since you state that perhaps you won't be back, don't know whether this info will help you or not; however, are you aware that these Boards are composed of many, many fellow buyers and sellers who volunteer their time here to help others with problems, maybe even direct you to a place where you can get help?
Also, are you aware of eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? It's really quite good. The only catch is that you have to read it, understand it and use it in a timely fashion. A lot of the problems encountered on eBay by buyers can be resolved without needing to contact eBay's CS.
So, in summary, why not return and tell us what's bothering you? It costs nothing, takes little time and, who knows, may help you to a satisfactory solution.

Not sure what issues you are having with a seller either.
Have you read the eBay MBG?
There is no reason to ever contact eBay CS and they are usually of little help.
Maybe, if you come back, let people here know the issue you are having and we will try to help.
