Poor Transactions Increasing
For NOT The 1st Time This Has Been Increasing So Much So That I'm Giving Notice -
In The Last Couple of Weeks Sellers (Domestic & Otherwise)"Mixing Up " Orders And Then Canceling w/ "Dog Ate My Homework Excuses" - The (Should Be Given Anyway)Refund Is a POOR Substitute For a POOR Transaction -
Considering The Inconvenience To The Buyer of Missing Out On Other Deals While Waiting + Then Having To Start The Shopping/Comparison Process All Over Again-In Fairness To The "Good Sellers" NEUTRAL Feedback Seems to Be The Only Fair Option

So you wouldn’t want a refund if the seller couldn’t send you what you purchased
