Poor customer service
I was to have a package delivered the 10th on the 12th it was returned to sender and delivered. Yet I have not received a refund and eBay is not helping.

The manner in which your statement is written is confusing.
Perhaps you can clarify some information.
Was it you who returned the package on the 12th, or was it the post office, or was it someone else?
Did you contact the seller before returning the package?
If so, what was the seller's response?
If it was you who returned the package, did you open up an official return case through eBay, or did you return it on your own?
If you did not open up an official return case through eBay, there may be no record of the return, and you may not be receiving a refund -- this is possibly why eBay is unable to assist you.
Please confirm who made the return, if you had contacted the seller before making the return, and how the return was processed.

·2 years agoIf it was refused...not picked up or accepted...usually you don't get a refund...even if item gets back to seller.
Why was it 'returned to sender'?
Usually the sender will have something on package why it was returned to him after 2 days.
You can check the credit card used to see if the refund was returned on your card.

I'm tagging you in case you have trouble finding your post. There are very few reasons eBay will force a refund if a package is undeliverable. What reason did the PO give for returning it?

·2 years agoIf the tracking shows it was returned because the address was unknown you're not going to be covered under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Have you contacted the seller? They're the ones who will need to initiate the refund. If they refuse your best option is to dispute the charge with your credit card.

If the address was bad or it was undeliverable, and it was returned to the seller, you lost your MBG and it'll be up to the seller if they want to refund or not.
