Please i need your advice.............
Hey. Im a buyer here on ebay and recently i ve bought Gillett blades at 12 dollars 4 pieces in pack .The seller had not shipped these blades for 6 days ,after i texted him about shipment, He said he shipped these blades by postal letter cause shipment with tracking number was 5 dollars ,so he decided to ship it with different method ,but on ebay there is still showing AWAITING SHIPMENT status . This seller has free shipment but he decided go around ebay shipping process .I dont know what to do now . Any advice ? Lets say if ,,, I ever get my blades , what will happen to the awaiting shipment status ? Thats weird .I ve never been in that situation ever .ANY ADVICE ?

The seller didnt go around eBays shipping process.
Sellers do not have to ship with tracking.
That said - If it is 1 day after the last estimated delivery date, file a Not Received case.
Follow what it says to do and dont close the case until you are refunded.

OP9 months agoMy purchase was done on 30th of December 2025 . estimated delivery is from 3 January to 8th . It still says awaiting shipment..... As the seller told me he sent it with different method, shipping process on ebay wont change right? The seller original listing was free shipping with USPS ground advantage, but as it appears he maybe sent me or not sent me with different carrier that im not sure and if i will get it deliver ever .Is it possible that sellers could change its shipping method that goes around ebay ? For how log im goona wait for that parcel or letter or whatever he sent me ........

·9 months agoYou state that the estimated delivery date is January 3- January 9.
If you do not have your package on or before Jan. 9th, and there's no tracking indicating movement, you can open an ITEM NOT RECEIVED CASE on Jan. 10th.
Please, please read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. As a buyer, you're well protected by the MBG. The only catch is that you need to read it, understand it and use it in a timely fashion (within 30 days of the last EDD).

If you go to the Order details in your purchase history, you should see the last estimated delivery date for receiving the blades. If they have not arrived by that date and there is no tracking information, go back to your purchase history click on the More Actions button, from the list select return item, and from the list of reasons for returns select "I haven't received it" follow through to file the dispute which will show up in your history under Returns. The seller will have 3 days to respond by proving they have shipped the item with a tracking number, or refunding your money.
If the do neither, make more excuses or ask you to clise the dispute, on the 4th day open the dispute and click on the ask ebay to step in button. A refund wil be issued from the seller's account.
