You don't have to know particularly "where the package went". Who was the "carrier" i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.? Do you have a tracking number posted in your order details?
Is your seller still a registered user?
These questions will help us to provide you with the 'next steps' or options you have. At this point, if you file an "item not received" complaint and there is a "delivered" status associated with your order you are going to lose your eBay claim. eBay does not provide victims of the situation with any printed policy or instructions on what to do. There are options, but a few more details will help.

In order to proceed toward getting a refund, you'll need to get in touch with whatever carrier handled the shipping. Have them confirm in writing that the item was delivered elsewhere, and also whether or not the package was addressed to you. I say that because you may well have been the victim of a fake tracking scam. A less than honest seller ships a ball point pen to a gas station in your zip code, instead of the expensive item you ordered, ebay sees that as 'delivered'. They don't get any better tracking information than you or I do, so ebay rules delivered. It's unfortunate, but in these situations the burden of proof falls on you.
If you can get this info and present it to ebay, that should move you in the right direction to getting refunded.

·1 year agoYou're addressing a group of eBay buyers and sellers, not eBay. We have no idea where your package was delivered.
You need to contact the shipping company who marked it as delivered. They will have more information.
