Phones batteries wouldn't hold charge
Rather disappointed Ebay took down or changed my post because I named seller that lied & stole my money with a warning buyer beware you will get screwed out of your money & batteries. They said I can't name seller & they had to protect sellers' reputation, but what about protecting the buyer from getting ripped off. I filed a case with pictures of return label, postal receipt for return shipping, & tracking notification where seller received the batteries back & seller lied so Ebay ruled in their favor, filed a appeal same thing happened so I got screwed out of my money & the batteries.

What return did you open?

·1 year agoYou received an item that was not as described. You had 30 days after receipt to open an item not as described case. You opened a case and returned the NAD item apparently. After opening the case, did you return in 4 days and ask eBay to step in. If you did that and there's tracking proving the seller received the return, eBay should've refunded you from the seller's funds.
How did the seller lie to eBay? Is there some missing information here?
